“Angarsk water” produces disconnection of Sewerage consumers in arrears over more billing periods, in accordance with paragraph 117, 118 of the “Rules of granting of utilities to owners and users of premises in apartment buildings and residential houses”, approved by RF Government Decree No. 354 of 06.05.2011, 5 Jun 2017
