Alexander Ulitin and Natalia Chebotareva “Vsenabam” (#ВсенаБАМ ) (“Vsenabam”team Leaders) became absolute winners of the Cycling marathon “Krassport”»

For the first time the team of nine strongest MTB-racers presented the events of the BAM series at the prestigious mass bike marathon, which took place in Krasnoyarsk and gathered about 500 people from Krasnoyarsk and nearby cities.

About 20 people represented the Irkutsk region at the prestigious event , nine of them in the team“Vsenabam”. These are really star athletes: Alexander Ulitin, Natalia Chebotareva, Alexander sakharovsky, Yuri onofrey and others.

“The strongest Irkutsk MTB-riders who joined the team “Vsenabam”, – Alexander Writin and Natalia Chebotareva – became absolute winners of the marathon “Krassport”. This time, he came with separation from the nearest rival by almost 5 minutes. This is incredible! The racers were really premium. For Natalia, this is the fourth victory in a row. She was very nervous, wanting to keep the “Royal” status, and won a landslide victory,” – said PR Director of events, center Artem Latyshev.

Other athletes included in the team “Vsenabam”, became winners in their age groups: Olga Evsyukova – 4th overall and 1st in his age group; Meledina Love – 5th overall and 4th in age group; Svetlana Zhdanova – 11th overall and 2nd in age group; Anastasia Gerasimova – 9th overall and 8th in age group; Alexander Sakharov – 9th in age category; Yuri Onofrei – 17th in age category; Sergei Minin – the 14th in his age category. As stressed by Artem Latyshev, the team developed a unique team veloform in which athletes participated in the race.

It should be noted that the tasks of the team included not only the demonstration of the level of training of athletes in the Irkutsk region, but also the popularization of the BAM series, which will be held in the near future. We will remind, “BAM Angarsk cross-country triathlon” is the only competition of its kind in the Irkutsk region, which is held in open water, will be held at Elov reservoir 22 July, skyrunning, running for Peak cherskogo scheduled for August 19, and Balabam on September 9.

For reference. Mass competitions in endurance sports of the BAM series have no analogs in our region. So, this year organizers are expanding the boundaries of cross-country and triathlon athletes are offered to choose one of two distances: sprint (750 meters swim, 20 km bike, 5.6 km run) and super sprint (375 meters swimming, 8 km bike, 2.8 km run).
