The administration of the Angarsk city district takes part in the party project of “United Russia” “Parks of Small Cities”, passed the competitive selection and won first place among the municipalities of the Irkutsk region. During the discussion, there were made a number of proposals, including the establishment of information stands, as well as a light sign with the name of the park at the entrance from the Avenue of Love. The chairman of the Duma of the Okrug Alexander Gorodskaya noted the need to make the design of the summer stage as stable as possible to wind and snow in order to avoid accidents. In addition, he explained that this project should be implemented this year. So, after discussion and making adjustments, the public council will consider it, then there will be competitive procedures, the contractor’s definition and the implementation of the project for the construction of the summer stage and other planned activities, which are planned to be completed in September.

Recall, that the party project “United Russia” “Parks of Small Cities” was adopted for implementation in the Irkutsk region in 2017 and is aimed at creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and improving the parks on the basis of initiatives and proposals of residents.
