Rosturizm reminded tour operators of reporting

The office of Oleg Safonov reminded the tour operators about the need to submit statutory reporting on the implementation of the tour product in 2017 to Rosturism before April 16. Experts-lawyers commented to the correspondent of the Infogroup “Turprom”, that tour operators shouldn’t have any serious problems – this “legitimate bureaucratic necessity” is familiar to him since 2017, but then Rosturizm provided additional terms until the end of May. Experts also warn that the main thing is to submit the reports on time, because those, who will fail to do so in time will face consequences in the form of expelling from tour operator’s registry.

“We did not observe any huge problems with reporting last year – most tour operators safely passed the documents. But I would like to emphasize that the reason like “we forgot to submit reports”, “lost track of deadlines” and similar reasons are the main reasons for the exclusion from the register. A huge number of tour operators departs from the register by accident, and the consequences often deplorable – a change of the manager, search of the new insurer and other troubles. So the main recommendation is one – to submit reports on time! “,-summed up Alexander Bajborodin.
